What we do

Peter John Sahotra Foundation is a social organization which has been working with the community since 2005. Our aim is to bring communities together, empower individuals and make the world a better place. We aim to encourage people and provide support for ethnic communities living in the UK, especially those within the field of health and education, and by providing assistance with immigration, asylum and advocacy. We are also keen to tackle poverty in Pakistan and improve the lives of individuals and families living there.

Ongoing Projects

PJF represents

PJF represents internationally to raise the issues of human rights and religious freedom. At the European Parliament, Brussels had productive discussions with the former Prime Minister of Slovakia, Mr. Eduard Heger and Mr.Dritan Abazović Former Prime Minister of Montenegro, alongwith Members of the European Parliament, in December 2024.

PJF engaged

PJF engaged with diplomats to share the situation of oppressed communities and engaged with them to discuss issues that need to be addressed regarding religious freedom. Had a very productive conversation with the American ambassador and council general of the American embassy in Pakistan, during their visit to Faisalabad.

Awareness session

Awareness session for young people. As education is the most valuable part of our lives, a session with young people about how they can apply for international scholarships.

PJS School

"PJS School" champions education for all, offering inclusive, quality education to children from diverse backgrounds. The school focuses on holistic development, innovative teaching methods, and equal opportunities, ensuring every child has access to a nurturing and empowering learning environment.

Beauty Parlour

The "Beauty Parlour" women empowerment program trains women in cosmetology skills, enabling them to start their own beauty businesses. This initiative fosters financial independence, boosts self-esteem, and promotes gender equality by providing essential vocational training and entrepreneurial support.

Distribution of Sewing Machines

The "Distribution of Sewing Machines" program empowers women by providing them with sewing machines and training. This initiative promotes self-employment, financial independence, and skill development, enabling women to support their families and contribute to their communities.

Mask Distribution

Masking Distribution and Joint Effort: Distribution of Masks by the German Embassy in collaboration with the Sanitation Team of the City Council of Faisalabad.

Youth Awareness Program

We Had a very productive session on importance of education,skilled based learning and women empowerment,today at chak no 192 near Faisalabad.Youth was very enthusiastic about our initiative of computer education in their area.Community notables were present and assure us to provide all their support for the students.

Jarwanwala incident Visit

Some glimpses of our last visit to Jaranawala along with some friends.As we had already helped and supported the community. Still lot of work had to be done. As community shared their issues which still need to be expidite.

Tribute to legendary Ruth Katherina Martha Pfau's life

Not all of us can prevent a war, but most of us can help ease sufferings-of the body and soul-Ruth Plau. A celebration to remember and celebrate the life of Dr Ruth Pfau (a medical missionary to Pakistan) and her dedication to serving the neglected community.

Support to Badal Masih's family (Victim of Child Abuse)

PJS Foundation supported both emotionally and financially to Badal Masih's family. He was sexually abused and murdered in Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2019

Cultural Integration

We organized an evening to celebrate different cultures by exploring their food, dance and traditions. Members of various communities well attended it, and it helped them to learn about cultures and make new friends.
